Process:
The Hydro chrome process involves four components that are mixed with 0tds water and sprayed with our spray gun kit. The process involves the following steps:
Step 1: Apply the black high gloss base coat from Farbe to the surface that you want to coat. Allow it to dry completely.
Step 2: Mix the activator with 0tds water and spray it onto the base coat to prepare the surface for the silver film adhesion.
Step 3: Mix Chemical A1 and A2 in one tank named A and Chemical B in tank B. These chemicals in two tanks are sprayed together with the help of a double nozzle spray gun provided by us. This process creates a silver mirror-like finish on the surface.
Step 4: Dry the surface with an air gun and then apply the 4k clear topcoat or the Farbe Gold or Rose Gold topcoats, as per the client's requirement.
